Shipping & Handling

Please allow 2-4 business days for PROCESSING on items that are not on pre-order (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME). Please note that during holidays and sales the processing time may be extended. First class mail delivery time is estimated 3-5 days and express (priority) is 1-3 days. To overnight a package, please e-mail us before purchasing. For more information on shipping, visit USPS.com or contact your local post office.  *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns unless we are at fault (wrong size, damaged item, etc)

Exchanges are permitted ONLY for items that are not on sale. Exchanges are NOT accepted on items that specifically state no returns in the description. Shipping fees for returning and re-sending will be paid for by the customer, unless the reason for exchange is our fault (damaged, wrong size sent, etc.).

Exchanges are accepted for certain styles if the item is unworn and unwashed and if an exchange is available, meaning if the desired size is available. If the desired size isn't available, the customer will have the option of receiving a partial refund, excluding shipping fees or store credit. If an exchange is available, the customer must contact us within 5 business days after item is updated as delivered. We reserve the right to deny an exchange for any damaged or worn items.

Lost/Stolen/Undelivered Items

Once a package has been accepted by the USPS, the responsibility of the package arriving to you is officially USPS'. If your package fails to update and is never delivered, or has updated as delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local USPS immediately as sometimes errors are made and the package can be picked up by you. Sometimes, an address error is the reason for a package never being delivered and it will usually be returned back to us. In the event of this happening, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees for resending. If you believe your package has been stolen or lost, please contact USPS to file a complaint. These instances are rare and will be handled on a case by case basis, but we will not guarantee we will honor or refund or ship another package for free.
